The oils from your skin are what keeps the pearls luster alive.More real pearls that I seldom wear seemed like an absurd expense and yet simulated pearls just do not work.I was pleasantly surprised. This works beautifully with the pearl choker. It makes a lovely triple strand of necklaces. The long length makes it quite adjustable.
